Engaging communities

HomeEngaging communities

The way our places and spaces are designed and constructed has a profound influence on our health and happiness. The Architecture Centre seeks to empower communities and individuals to help shape their environment for the better.

We work with all sorts of people both within and outside the centre – from young people to communities and special interest groups. Many of our events are of interest to non-professional audiences.

Training and resources

The Architecture Centre can provide accredited trainers in Spaceshaper and Building for Life and can design bespoke training for your group. We also work with partners such as the Glass-house - Community Led Design.

For details of resources available including information sheets, case studies and information about community engagement tools please visit our resources page.
