Think you can make an edible Empire State Building? Or a lemony leaning Tower of Pisa? How about a wholemeal Houses of Parliament?

As part of the Organic Food Festival and Organic Week we are holding an architectural organic ake competition. Buildings real or imaginary are welcome!

Cakes will be judged by Quartier Vert and the lucky winner will receive a one day cookery course at the organic Quartier Vert Cookery School. www.quartiervert.co.uk
