AN
ECO-VILLAGE ON OUR DOORSTEP
Building the future at Hanham Hall
Talk: Thursday 3 April - 18.30 - £5 (£3 concessions)
Hanham Hall near Bristol is set to become Britain’s first
‘eco-village’ - and a prototype for the eco-towns
of the future. The former hospital site is the first to be built
under the government’s Carbon Challenge initiative. Rory
Bergin from HTA Architects and Ben Cook from Barratt Developments
speak about progress on the 200-home site, which could contain
important lessons for the ‘zero carbon homes’ of the
future.
Booking is essential. To book, please send an
email marked 'Tickets - Eco-Village' to
info @ architecturecentre.co.uk or call 0117 922 1540.
