Michael Andrews:
TV producer, wildlife documentary maker and enthusiast for environmental issues – Michael has rebuilt a 1920’s corrugated-iron cabin in Cornwall. “Our aim in rebuilding was to repair, re-use, reduce consumption and recycle materials as much as possible, to buy locally and to reduce embodied energy and toxic materials – the cabin has a photovoltaic roof and solar water heater” Michael Andrews Eden project Spirng 2004 Newsletter.

The Centre for Sustainable Energy:

Roger Redman Green Self-Builder:
Roger Redman, a retired aeronautical research engineer, and his wife Jeannette, a retired nurse, have designed and built the Holcombe Passive House in Somerset. Their philosophy was to demonstrate passive house design, construction and operation, in the absence of specialist architects or environmental consultants.
