Jewellery exhibition: Tuesday 4 October - Sunday 30 October

Andrea’s vibrant silver and resin jewellery is inspired by the patterns, forms, colours and textures found throughout the natural world. Andrea uses semi-precious and precious stones as points of detail amidst the pigmented resin, ‘creating pieces that are to be lived with and enjoyed’.

‘The work I have produced for this show is a direct response to exhibiting at the Architecture Centre. I have designed pieces which are clean lined and subtle.

My interest lies in exploring perceptions of value by juxtaposing precious materials (silver and precious stones), with non-precious resins. This also allows me to use a broad spectrum of colours.‘
