Rhiannon uses a variety of polypropylene and moulded plastics to produce jewellery which celebrates the translucent colours and pliability of this non-precious material. Her pieces are built from layers of plastic interlaid with gilt papers and laminated sheets.

Students from UWE have been asked to research, design and build a geodesic dome to be exhibited at Arnolfini alongside the ‘Starting at Zero: Black Mountain College 1933-57’ exhibition. Documentation of this process traces the students’ progress through photography, recording models and different manufacturing processes, and through video.
