Occupying a beautifully converted 18th century warehouse in the heart of Bristol's historic docks, the Architecture Centre is an excellent venue for meetings, presentations, seminars, workshops or receptions.
Meeting room
The meeting room can seat up to 20 people boardroom-style or workshop-style, up to 30 people theatre-style or standing if catering is required, and up to 40 people theatre-style or standing if catering is not required.

Half day (9:00am - 1:00pm or 1.30pm - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday) £90
Whole day (9:00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday) £155
Lunch-time (maximum 12noon - 2.30pm, Monday to Friday) £110
Evening (by arrangement: 6:00pm - 9:00pm) from £185

Gallery
The gallery may occasionally be available for hire by special arrangement. Please call or email us to make an enquiry. When empty, the gallery seats 65 theatre-style or 100 standing.
Equipment
The catering and equipment package charges include use of a digital projector, flip chart stand and paper, overhead projector, and slide projector. If a booking is not having catering but requires equipment, use of a flip chart stand, overhead projector and slide projector is free, while flip chart paper costs £10 per pad, and the digital projector is £50 to hire. Our laptop can also be hired for an additional £25.
Catering
Catering is served in the meeting room. We can serve tea and coffee, bottled sparking water, tap water, and fruit juice, as well as organising excellent catering for any number and to suit any budget. Please see our catering and equipment packages for initial details. Where possible, we use Fairtrade and organic produce and local, independent, high-quality suppliers.
Access
The conference room and gallery are on the first floor of the building, accessible by stairs and a lift. Our toilet facilities are wheelchair-accessible. Assistance with kerb access can be offered. Important information for wheelchair-users: the width of the front door is 90cm and the width of the conference room door is 83cm. The Architecture Centre is a non-smoking building - this includes the foyer and shop front areas.
