Sponsorship
The Architecture Centre - a registered charity - is a high quality cultural organisation serving to promote interest in the built environment. Currently funding for core activity comes from the Arts Council of England, the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE), and Creating Excellence.
Despite this support we still need to seek sponsorship for specific projects and events, and there are many opportunities for potential sponsors to get involved with our work.
Get involved
The Architecture Centre shows between six and eight main gallery exhibitions a year, along with a Private View opening for most – both provide fantastic publicity for sponsors, and make for ideal opportunities to network and socialise in a stimulating environment. And we produce four printed programmes a year detailing our events and exhibitions, for which 6000 copies are distributed across Bristol and the South West.
Reaching our audience
We maintain a database of Friends and Corporate Members, many of whom are professionals engaged with the built environment, including architects and designers, engineers, planners and developers. Coupled with this, we attract an enthusiastic public to our exhibitions and events – annual visitor figures are in the region of 35,000.
