Training

The Architecture Centre offers a variety of training and professional development opportunities – both formal and informal. The Centre’s main events programme is aimed at a ranger of audiences public and professional and includes workshops, talks, lectures and critical debate.
The Centre aims to give professionals the opportunity to meet high-profile practitioners, to be inspired by their projects and to broaden their experience of high quality architecture.
Our professional development events cover topics of current interest and are often delivered in partnership with professional bodies and government agencies.
Bespoke programmes
We offer local authorities tailored programmes of training and professional development which address key issues of current concern. This can be as part of the Design Leadership programme, or designed specifically for the authority. Contact the Architecture Centre for more details.
